I had my annual appointment with the doctor prior to got ct scan. A spot was discovered on my lung. The doctor set up the appointments that needed to done pet scan ,biopsy internal med appointment. These are completed and awaiting the results.Not many doctors will take the time to personally set up the appointments.
my experience was overall fantastic . the only thing that i feel needs improvement is the scheduling procedures seems to be some confusion between what the doc says they want you to have done and getting actual thing scheduled /done for instance i saw doctor on 10/16/14 he said he wanted me to have a chest x-ray , also a test due to being on amiodarone for so long its been 14 days and i have heard nothing from anyone about this once again my treatment was outstanding! thank you to all who cared for me before during and after... read more
I came to see Dr. Congello because of my high blood pressure and a second opinion. I was in the emergency room in my hometown for very high blood pressure. They brought it down and gave me medication. They did prescribe some tests for me to try and find out what was the cause. I was put on several medications and took them faithfully. After a short time I was having trouble with my legs hurting and the swelling in my legs was horrible. I would mention this at my next appointment how bad my swelling was. Dr. Congello and the staff were very professional in my dealings with me. I felt at ease the entire time I was there and understood what I was told. Both individuals directed and devoted their attention directly at me. The explanation was easy to understand and I was pleased with the information that Dr. Congello gave me. If there was a blemish it was the waiting period before I came in for the consultation. However I understand that with Dr. Congello that is the norm. Dr. Congello explain my stress tests to me and checked me over. I had a spot that was bothering me from my surgery a few years ago and he explained to me what it was all about. He does a great job and I do not need to return for one year.
I have gone to Dr. Congello since 1997 with my heart attack and 5 by-pass surgery in 97. I will not go to another Dr. and will wait to see him. He is very knowledgeable and caring and has kept me alive since 1997 and my health has improved alot. He is the best around!!!!!!
Dr. Congello reviewed my past tests and made a determination of what to do. It takes a while as he is a very busy doctor but well worth the wait. I feel I am in very good hands!
A pleasent experience with a short wait time. Was in and out so much quicker than usual. A good check up and out I went.
I was very impressed with the entire stall at Mercy Medical Center from the admitting, waiting room through the procedure. My nurse Lu was caring as she prepared me. Matt was so good at explaining what to expect and made me feel comfortable. Dawn also excellent. Can't remember all the names but I diffently had the A-Team. Hats off to Dr Congello and his stall!
