Dr. Mirrop and his wonderful staff are one of the great blessing in our life!
Our old pediatrician (Dr. Griggs) retired and we were on the hunt for someone just as compassionate, patient, silly, and empathetic. I'm so happy we found that in Dr. Mirrop. I have a 4yo son and an 18m old daughter who both see him. He is great with both of them! He knows how to keep them both calm and entertained as he checks out whatever he needs to. Dr. Mirrop is the best with children. He is exactly what you'd want a pediatrician to be. My son was giggling the whole time he was getting his check up which makes going to the doctor fun. Plus the patient rooms are so fun.

There are not enough words of gratitude for Dr. Mirrop and the Pediatric Associates of Austin staff! I was pleasantly surprised when the nurse followed up with me about my son and his injury. Dr. Mirrop examined my son throughly and explained each exam with words I could understand. He listened and reassured every question and worry I had with both compassion and science! And best of all, in a short time made my son comfortable and laugh! Our family is incredibly grateful!

Dr. Griggs had been my son’s pediatrician since the day of his birth, 18 years ago. With Dr. Griggs’ retirement last summer 2018, and my son’s preference to continue going to Pediatric Associates for primary care for another 1-2 years, I wanted Dr. Mirrop to be the doctor picking up baton. What a great experience! My son really liked Dr. Mirrop’s vibe and communication style, this is important since he’s now a young adult. The amazing staff is why we’ve stayed with PA all these years! TY!
