Bars that won’t Budge! Interviewed 15 companies by phone, invited 4 into my home to show me what they can do. These guys had the most secure bars. They are made out of quality materials with good clean welds. I can shake them with all my weight and they don’t budge. Some of my windows required special treatment and I needed a security cage for my outside a/c unit. I wanted the bars painted two different colors (they added no extra charge). My wife and I just moved into our new home 6/19/09 and were burglarized 6/22/10. Our home builder recommended Samson Iron, we called Victor and Daniel they were here the same day to give us a price. He answered all our questions and provided good solutions to our needs. The installers, Daniel and Gene, were very professional and courteous when working in our home. A few years ago, I hired someone to install bars in my home that was recommended by the person that does my lawn. They installed bars allright but with no way to escape from the master bedroom in case of fire. I live in Rosenberg and these guys were extremely punctual and extremely well mannered. I was so impressed. Aside from their exceptional service their product is fairly priced and beautiful. The finish on my bars were so smooth and the locks were so beautiful. They even offered to install other items at no cost for my convenience. I will go with them again without thinking twice!
Mr. Ross, & his assistants were grrreat!! I actually had another company install security bars before Mr. Ross, & the experience was awful. The quality of the bars, & the customer service I received was terrible. I initially contacted, Mr. Ross, to finish the job of the previous company.
