If it's not broken, why fix it? Sam's is incredible old world steakhouse with mouthwatering steaks and impeccable service (it's also a must for any wine lover). The "old-world" might seem a bit dated to some but I love the classic relaxing atmosphere. Steven took care of us this evening and the service was amazing. The manager (Mark) checked in on us just enough to be accommodating and gracious without being obnoxious or intrusive. We made reservations for 5 adults for at least a month. Sams call us 2 hours before our dinner time to say we can’t have them where we requested. We requested by the piano area. A lady called me to tell me, ( and said I was her 4 th phone call). then let me speak to the manager. He told me the group was going to be in the piano area added people to fill the entire area.
