Sam is personable and outgoing. I came to him with an idea I'd previously seen and he was able to create it. The craftsmanship is unbelievable, it was exactly how I had envisioned it. Sam is a class act whose service (and pricing for the diamond) was excellent A++++. On a side note, once I'd bought the ring he was more than happy to resize it and clean it at no charge. Thank you Sam! You're work is very much appreciated.
