This sams Club makes me want to cancle my member ship...
The employees are extremely rude. It's not just one employee, it's several. I did respond to a customer satisfaction survey in early October and told them that several employees were rude, and just don't care about the customer. Surprisingly someone called, listened to what happened and said the problem would be corrected. I was just in this store on October 22, and not a thing has changed. Use caution parking in parking lot my truck was broken into and cameras were blocked by the trees
Every time I go to this Sams there is a problem. The snack bar is always understaffed, the employees are inappropriately dressed to the point you don't know if they work there or they are going to the pool. The last time I was there I was verbally abused by the female giving samples as she laughed after yelling at me for getting a 2 piece of sample (she didn't know if it was for me or for me to give to my 89 year old dad who was not standing with me). Very clean and well stocked, courteous associates.
It's okay most of the time. But if something goes wrong, taking responsibility and making things right is not a priority here. Today I purchased a $270 grill and waited around an hour to get it and went through the customer service line 3 times and never got my grill. So I went through one last time to get a refund because they never brought it to me as promised nor apologized when it never was brought to me. It was not until after I asked for a refund that the manager brought a grill to me and it was one of those $80 grills... read more
