I usually have little trouble finding what I want here so this is the store that I usually come to, but there is the occasion when particular things are out of stock. Checkout lines are usually a nightmare at peak times, so I always use scan and go and it works like a charm. my favorite times for shopping are usually Saturday afternoons and Sunday afternoons. This is also a good time to try things as there are usually quite a few Associates handing out samples.
No celery I needed celery to make salad for the holiday

I placed a cake order a month ago! Picking up a cake September 21st. Here it is a WEEK from my party and I get a message from Sam’s bakery that their kitchen will be closed sept 19-21 and I can cancel my order or reschedule it! No offer to see if a surrounding Sam’s can do it or anything. So then I ask, can I pick it up Sept 22. She says they’re already booked for the 22nd. Last time I checked, 21st came before the 22nd, my order should be honored. This has the be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! ... read more
We tried their "fast" Club Pickup. Hahahaha. We "checked" in, waited 10 mins, went to member services (more waiting), they told us go wayyyyy back to the tobacco area to pick up cold/frozen foods, hoofed it back there (more waiting) then they tell us to go back up to check out #2, pay, then hoof it back there to be able to get cold foods. There is no check out#2 because Sam's is rearranging everything so who knows where #2 is.
