Terrible service. Untrained technicians, unable to perform the task hired for. Would not trust them to install the tires on my bicycle.
The Scan and Go app is the best ever! No need to go to the checkout line YOU are your own cashier! Walmart should adopt this method...
Terrible experience exiting. Mary Lou selectively counting the items in the carts of a select few but not all. What is the implication here? How did she randomly decide whose items to count...is it based on race, sex, appearance or her personal choice...what is it? I shop at Sams once a week and never have I had to deal with such Foolishness. I video taped her only counting items in a select few customers carts. Simply just the worst place to buy tires they sold tires that are 3 years old as new ones I bought November 2017 it’s now December 2017 the tires has lumps and bubbles along the sidewalls ready to pop at any moment took my car back ...and was told they can’t get me new ones ordered nor refunded my money... until go somewhere else spend more out my pocket buy new tires from wherever and bring the old fucked tires they sold me back .....no concern about my safety or anything .... like it’s my fault that your distributor drop t... read more
Though they took forever with the tire install, they did a great job! They were very nice guys! Professional!!
I’ve specifically downloaded the Scan & Go app just so I won’t have to interact with the rude employees.
