This branch does not care about customer when I talk to Joanne in optical to order my daughter contacts. Her answer was hold on I have customers and I understood holder for Almost 30 minute and she is came and said I got more customers and she hang up and then I called home office that get worst and operated Salama tells me optical is not part of them I was shocked with home office customer service. No wonder Walmart is rubbing there no customer service on Sam and will be losing me as a member. I hope home office can listen ... read more
I noticed they don't offer some products that the Morrow Sam's have.
I am so disgusted with the customer service at this location. My family and I came in to purchase a pizza, and at the self checkout the item would not scan. We asked for assistance, and the clerk said their was nothing he could do and that we could not purchase the pizza. I asked if he could please find someone to assist us if he wasn't able to help, and his response was NO!. I find it pathetic that a store that prides itself on having good customer service would allow for such behavior.
I am so disappointed with them right now! I called yesterday and was told there was no one in the bakery to speak with and to call back today. Before I disconnected the call I asked the rep if I call back will I be able to pick up Saturday morning, she said yes. So, call back today to be told the earliest pick up time for Saturday is 7pm. Why? Why wouldn't you say you're not sure or NO if I can't have a pick up in the morning like I need? Ridiculous!!! Guess Publix will get my business from now on!
They never have enough people working the front desk at customer service. I have worked in customer service and this is ridiculous how they seem to be understaffed all the time!!!! One person is dealing with memberships and one doing returns. Long lines waiting! Workers always on the their phones. Not a good display of good customer service at all!
