I've been a business member of SAMs since 2003 and do the majority of my home shopping here as well. I always like to check the back area where discounted items are and also by electronics. Always great deals! I have a Costco card but honestly used it twice years ago when they first opened and haven't been back since.
I have been a Sam's Customer since they first came to town. I'm finished with them now. Horrible layout, always long lines, personnel with attitudes. I have spoken to managers several times...only way to get attention is hit their wallet. I'm sure my little bit won't hurt them, but it's time for a change.
Went to Sam's the other day to buy meats. Big mistake.
I just got gas and there was mud all over the ground while trying to fill up my car and got mud on my carpet inside my car they said they had no water to clean it no brooms to sweep it up nothing. REALLY!
Long lines very often. The cashiers work fast, but people have large orders.
