Never any moto scoters employees are not friendly & they don’t assist the customers!!
Lines are long. They are understaffed. Stresses me out every time I go.
Today’s date is 12/18/18. During check out a gentleman started scanning our basket and passed it off to another lady who immediately passed it off to yet another female. All 3 of them were extremely rude. The 3rd female (Chelsea) was about as nasty, rude, and couldn’t care less about us as customers. After waiting 25 minutes at the pick up parking area, an associate brought half the order to me. She (Joan) was very rude when I asked her what took so long, basically saying that I needed to talk to a manager if I had a problem. There are never any parking places for club pick up, usually taken by members who face no consequences for parking in those places while doing their shopping. Check in to finish, 31 minutes. After waiting outside for 20-25, walked in to ask why pick up was taking so long and person working customer service asked if I called to say I was there. I told her I check in on the app and she informed me that the app doesn’t work. Get all the way home to realize they gave me the wrong milk. Definitely needs work.
