Dropped my car off at 10:30 and it wasn't ready until 7 pm that is totally ridiculous
All of my visits to Sam's have been good except for yesterday 01/08/2017. Our wait was 5 hrs & 5 mins 😔 .... Automotive service! I been a member since 2008.

I go to Sam's because there are a few things that I can't purchase at other stores in New Orleans. The customer service is consistently lacking, and the lines are ridiculously long. I typically use self check out, which means the lack of customer service isn't really an issue for me.
