My husband and I have shopped at SAMS every weekend since it opened. Three weeks ago I set my camera down to look at something and walked away. When I realized I had left my camera behind I went back but couldn’t find it. I went to Membership Services and reported it. I used to love Sams but with all of the store changes and the coolers that you have to shop in, I'm shopping less. Local stores are now getting my money.
Only 1 of 4 self order machines were working creating a line to order at the snack bar. You would think that would allow more time for the food prep workers to get the orders out. But, no they were still confused, slow and inaccurate. Then as I watched the board for my order to move from ordered to preparing to done it disappeared completely. When I inquired they said they didn't have the order printed, and the system reset and wiped it out. So she took my receipt for the order. And finally made it. But hay, for the low cost... read more
You need to make your customers aware that you no longer have a photo department, therefore you will not be able to comply with the online advertisement of next day photo's.
