The member services at the independence location is awful!! Never have I come in and waited less than 30 minutes. I also have a Costco card and no matter how busy they are? I am helped within 5-10 minutes.
I CANT BELIEVE THAT THERE WAS A WORM OR BABY CATEPILLAR IN ONE OF MY STRAWBERRIES!
This is one of the worst Sam's Club I have ever been to, the employees were all rude, except for the nice woman who checked my receipt as I was leaving. My Cashier flipped his sign to close AFTER I placed all of my products on the conveyor belt, then hold me he was closed. I refused to move since I just placed $200.00 of groceries on the belt.
