Should have learned my lesson a long time ago. Went last week and they had a pallet of Chiefs paper plates on the floor. Took to register, said that the UPC wasn’t in their system and they couldn’t sale it till the next day. So I went home and ordered them online to pick up. They charged my card immediately and didn’t notify me till day of pick up that it was sold out. Had to drive to North Oak to get them. this place is a trash can compared to literally every other Sam's I've been to. But, Independence, so my standards weren't so high to begin with. 🤷♀️
We used the pick up for the first time sunday Aug 25th. we got some cold items and I have noticed some of them did not get stuck back in the refrigerator because they are spoiled! I have never had this happen when I shop for myself. very disappointed and will not be using it again.
Seriously disappointed in the cake! The decorator clearly started writing “Happy” too far in and ran out of space so switched to capital letters in the middle of the word. The word “Birthday” is barely legible. I didn’t have time to have it redone. Embarrassed to present this at our celebration of 4 birthdays tomorrow!!!
