The best place for shopping
Definitely my go to place for gas! Not so great experience for the 2nd time with the grocery pickup, I will stick to shopping in store on my own. Friendly staff for the most part.
customer service,, I called sams independence , about a water cooler that quit working I dont have the reciept i think , they was supposed to get back to me 2 times in the last week ,, i gave 200 bucks for the cooler and now no service im not carrying it to sams to see if they will trade it for a new one,, its been close to a year on the cooler maybe a few months more , but still it should last longer ,, so If I dont hear back from sams today ,, tomorrow I will be a Costco member again ,, just check how much i have spent at ... read more
I love the Sam's Club but for one thing: I wish you would move all the independent vendors over to their own section. I get stressed out by them and they make me avoid areas of your store.
I love being a Sams Plus member and being a Sams member in general. I love the self check. � I have to be in and out and the way I do my shopping I’m out within 20 min and have spent $147-$200. That also shows they have everything I need every time I go. � I love seeing long time workers also. Great management team! Keep up the great work!
