I've bought tires from Sam's for years now. I've always been treated very kind by the employees. the only thing I hated this trip was to wait over 2 hours to have my low tire checked and then patched due to a nail in it. I got there at 4:35pm. Grateful for the service, just the looong wait was yuck!
I love how friendly Sam's club employee are when go in to shop with My son Cupid who has Autism with Sensory processing disorder.
Usually this place is tolerable. Today we used the snap and go app and at the door it has to be scanned. The greeter couldn't get the device to turn on so she called out for the manager that was less than 10 feet away. He answered, but then kept walking away like she never spoke. His name was John. I think management should be more respectful and helpful. This guy was RUDE!!
Went to their one day sale and got both things I wanted and was in and out super fast!

I went yesterday to buy tires the young lady at service desk was very helpful made suggesstions to help me save money. I appreciated her professionalism and promptness. I didn't get her name but a big Thank You to her!
I was delivering a truck load here Thursday . I sat 18 hours waiting for Sams Club to unload me . I called all my family and friends and told them all how I was treated here . They cut up their Sams Club cards ! Thanks for nothing ! That's what the Walton organization thinks of the people who haul their freight .
The memberships relations person I think Ashley was her name was very knowledgeable and friendly.
