This store has the worst customer service EVER! I waited first in line for 20 minutes today with 5 associates behind the counter (4 of them helping one customer and the other one doing God knows what.). Not a single one of them even the acknowledged me. I finally asked for a manager who was kind and handled my issue; however, this is not the first time I've had poor customer service at this store. Train them properly or move them to the back room!!
I want Sam's Club to start carrying science beauty exotic beauty beads. Sam's is the only place to get them!
Tim in the Liquor department on Friday was amazing and went above and beyond helping me on the phone! He's outstanding and customer service oriented! I hope he knows how much I appreciated his help with the questions about the iTunes cards! Thank you very much, Tim.. and Sam's! PS, fast check out on Black Friday.
We bought a birthday cake (Minnie) and received a surprise card for our daughter signed by some of the workers. It was a pleasant surprise and just thought I would swing by to say thank you for that! The bakery division rocks! Please pass on our thanks to the bakery team! BTW the cake looked and tasted awesome.
That was very nice of your store to donate dog food to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. I hope you also donated to the Pasco County Animal Shelter also. They try very hard to keep going.

The cafe NEVER has enough staff, I waited 17 minutes today to get a hotdog & empty drink cup, only 2 people working that dept., at LUNCH TIME, EVERYDAY, same thing. AWFUL.
