I have a difficult time shopping at Sam's.. They discontinued items that they used to carry.. This happens all the time there...
I can't stand how long it takes to check out now. Since you made self check 10 items or less, you force people to wait in your massive lines for unacceptable amounts of time. Who cares how many items are at self checkout, It's self check out. If a person doesn't want to check their self out, go in the longer than forever lines SAMs has.
Sam's Club is the way to go they always do the right thing for their customers I love that place I bought a Christmas tree last year and having took it out and realized that it's not working properly not only did they exchange my tree they gave me money back because it cost less now and gave me another year warranty on the tree... Now that's service, thanks Sam's Club.
Customer service is non existent. The lines are always forever long. No one helps if you have a question. I hate going here.
Was kicked out because I was 15 minutes early. I was in between jobs and was just browsing around anyways didn't plan on buying anything
