Telling me the XL Big Green Egg would have the Big Green Egg lifetime warranty, and in fact Big Green Egg will NOT honor the warranty at all because Sam's Club is not an authorized dealer. I have it in writing from Big Green Egg they will not warranty those sold at Sam's Club. Your employees need to know factual information and what to tell a customer when asked.
I like this Sam's club a lot. I also love their car wash and wish it wasn't broken down for months at a time.
I love their chicken. When my family knows I am going they all want one. The prices are great. They have really great meats. The people are nice.

While trying to return an item I bought from another store. I was told by the manager. "I don't want to take a loss at my store since you did not purchase it here". " Take it back to the store you bought it from" Manager was more concerned with her numbers rather then her customers. I can't wait for Costco to finish on 56/54
