Sam's Club in Wesley Chapel is horrible! They REVOKED my membership because their promotion wasnt processed correctly in the system. They are canceling memberships and keeping the renewal fee, which is illegal and warrants an audit by the regulations. Im writing the regulators tonight!
DO NOT purchase tires here. I’m experiencing for a second time them not being able to remove lugnuts for the free rotations that go along with the purchase requiring me to go somewhere else to get new lugnuts before coming back for the rotation. The last process was 9 hours total due to this and it’s very unsettling to have to go through it yet again.
I hate getting gas here because of the wind shield sales people. I am paying a membership - I should not be solicited every time I pump gas. Especially today when it turned into 3 people versus me with my two kids in the car because I said no and that I know the whole deal and like the tiny chip in my wind shield �
The service was OK, the isles are clean and wide. Employees are generally friendly. I noticed the biggest issue when I was checking out. I left the heavy items in the basket and up at the light I didn’t on the belt, as the cashier rang the things across true scanner she stuck them at the end of the register beside the cart. She did not put them in the cart she continued to stack them hire. So I’m gathering now we have gone to the lowest extreme of all I do is scan it I do not Put things in your cart, do it yourself. My husband took his car in to get a new battery. The first battery was not installed properly (they left a tool under the hood and didn’t secure the battery back into the vehicle properly. My husband had to get his car towed back to Sams when the car wouldn’t start. They gave him 2nd battery and when he went to pick it up it didn’t start. They blamed it on electrical issues. He paid $120 to have his car checked out at elsewhere, only to find out that the 2nd battery was dead like the first. I am very displeased with the hass... read more
