I purchased a tv from sams club in kissimme on September 29 2014 and today it went out.. they wont do anything about it because it is 2 weeks after the year warranty.. I think that it is not fair and I wont be shopping there ever again.. they sure don't go out of their way for there customers.. you would think as big as they are they would wave the 2 weeks and help me out... once they have your money you mean nothing to them !!! so disappointed in this company and I will surely be telling everyone I know....

I shopped at this store frequently but never again after my experience on Thursday! I had purchased 2 packages of ribs (spending close to $70 on this meat) on Wednesday. When I opened the vacuum sealed package, it was clear from the absolute stench that filled my house that the meat was rancid and in the process of rotting. I then took the meat 30 minutes back to the store. While they refunded me, I didn't receive one word of apology. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I will NEVER shop at this location again! Rose Mary who works at your front customer service desk is one of the rudest witches I have ever come across. I have dealt with her on several occasions as I will say she is consistent. As of today I AM DONE!

Usually I am very happy with the store and staff. Not today. I paid for 2 loungers (last ones in the store) earlier to pick up later. Drove the 22 miles round trip with my hubby to pick them up. Diane checked us out she was great. We get home with them to find one of them has back legs missing. My husband called and asks to speak to the manger, he explains in very easy to understand English the problem.
