After working big box retail for 15 years, I know how little appreciation can be given to associates that go above and beyond for their customers. I would like to highlight Abel at this club location due to his actions and helpfulness. We have an issue with Samsclub online and have spent multiple days trying to have the people responsible for this mistake be corrected by the samsclub online group. We loved it ... clean... bright... organized ... and everyone was so friendly .. glad we switched clubs..
Bad customer service. The register person doesn't know what is she doing. You made a long line to pay and then you realize the she over charge you. So now you have to make another long line. Ridiculous. The manager Joseph Baldwin really unprofessional. The customer care Carmen very nasty actitud. Just waste 3 hrs. Trying to fix her mess.
Was interesting use to being greeted at door but lady was sweeping floor, usually they want u to show card, in Illinois we dont need cards any more but here u still do, would have been nice to know all this up front before walking around shopping.
