CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILED TODAY! When my mom asked for a cart as she always does when she goes into the store; the greeter at the entrance told my mother if she wanted a cart to go to the parking lot to get one. She was quite shocked with the response. When mom went to the service desk to let them know what happened they just lookedd at her and kept doing what they were working on. So disappointed in the service!
The employees that hand out food samples at the Sam's in Winter Garden don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. Their excuse is they wear gloves. When the manager was informed, his excuse was, they wear gloves. My question is, what do the wear while putting on the gloves?
Thank you Mr. Omar and Sam's Club for giving me the honor to collect for our soldiers overseas in conjunction with Operation Shoebox in order to receive the rank of Eagle Scout.
