Will never buy anything online again........ Maybe go to Costco.......The website says you can bring items back to a store if you purchased it online.......Not the case..... The Sam's Club app is super easy to use. This was our bulk shopping day and it saved so much time.

This is the second cake I have bought from Sam's club that has been wrong. Got my son an Avengers cake for his birthday and it looked like a 3 year old decorated it (they did refund amount). Now I got one for my daughter's birthday that says "Happy 3th birthday" Are you kidding me. I also have the order form where I clearly wrote 3rd. Come on even my kids know that. I usually get great cakes but 2 bad cakes in a row is making me want to go somewhere else.
Not much selection, but then most stores don't nowadays.
Been standing in customer service line for over 20 minutes and 7 people deep. There are 4 customer service representatives at the desk and two of them are having quite the conversation with each other. This is one of the few reasons I am not happy with Sam's Club. I did a priest and waited another 15 minutes just to get a response from them.
