Most of the time I love except for the last time I went I got a car battery got to the register to pay for it the guy told me it was a two-hour wait if I chose to buy it as if he didn't want me to buy it in the first place but I told him I'll wait I paid for it and went around back with my car and they was done in 15 minutes I don't know what that was about but it was bad customer service that's the only bad thing that's ever happened in all the years I've shopped at Sam's and I find it puzzling �
