Wonderful service and great staff. Easy to find items in season. Helpful customer service desk, asked for and received information needed. Highly recommended and will renew my membership
It's one thing to receive telemarketing phone calls at home, robocalls on your cell, now, when you go shopping you have 3rd party salesman trying to "hook" you as you walk by trying to do what you came there to do. For the fricken 300th time I HAVE DIRECT TV and if I didn't, I sure the hell dont want it!

On the way out of Sam's club in Utica i noticed a sign that says Scan & Go. I said what's that? A nice guy says you scan your items and pay for it so you don't stand in line. The lady that looks at my my receipt to see if I paid for my items says, "yeah go ahead and download it so you can take my job away"! Poor customer service. I would not have said how cool is that if I didn't have to stand in line for 1/2 hour on the weekends because the lines are so long.
