I love my Sam's club. I can buy stuff and it last awhile. It saves me money
Wonderful experience at club pickup today. The employee working was so knowledable and helpful and to quote my husband "unusually excited" about the club pickup program which was very refreshing to hear. He did a great job explaining how it works. Wish we knew his name. Was wearing a Duke cap. Looking forward to using the service at least weekly. Will save us hours of time and lower our stress level. Thanks so much!
The customer service department needs to be trained how to handle calls and in person customers. It's sad when they handled a call from corporate they same way they handled my call. The Manager said they were busy and apologized but being busy doesn't give you an excuse for being rude!!
Service employee's were very friendly & helpful. I noticed that some of the meat prices have increased.. The store is clean & well organized. I enjoy shopping at Sam's Club.
Paid my membership two times in 6 months. My next visit the cashier tells me my membership is due again. I laugh. Go to customer service and after 30 minutes they find out the last two times they made payment on this shared account to another cardholder and not mine. Keep in mind the second time I was paying for the card in they took almost an hour to figure out what was wrong and assured me everything was good.
