RecommendedI love shopping at Sam's. Do not subscribe to the Charlotte Observer with the representative who comes in the store in Gastonia, NC. She is convincing people to get the paper and in return the Charlotte Observer is not delivering it! I ordered mine on March 17th and she told me the paper would arrive the following Sunday but it hasn't shown up yet. I've called Charlotte Observer many times as well to complain. They do not care about there customers!! They say they returned a phone for you but somehow it goes missing and att never receives it!! They will not let you talk to the store manager!! Corporate does absolutely nothing to help the customer!! Worst place for customer service!!!
Love shopping at Sam's
pretty good prices on bulk items. I am in a fixed income and just decided to buy monthly to see if I will come out better.. so I'm giving Sam's a try.
I waited 30 minutes on a manager. After said manager came and spoke with me and told me she would take care of the isssue she never came back. After another 10 min i walked to the front of store where she was helping other people . She had no intention of coming and helping me. This has happened twice and even corporate office could care less. This company is terrible lucky there are enough people to keep you in business and me leaving will not effect .
