we recently joined Sam's club and went this weekend to get our membership cards and shop a little. i was disappointed at the uncleanliness of the store. will definitely look for a different one to shop at.

Jessie one of the head ppl at this store is a complete and I mean complete rude human being and I will make it known as well you treat your employees very badly and you are undoubtedly the most rude person I have met the store looks like a mess and they r so rude to customer's I suggest fire most of the head bosses and rehire ppl with compassion and that have better social skills I would rate lower but I see no negative clicks but yeah everyone can tell how the employees are treated it's disgusting

Avoid Sam's club tire at all cost. They will not back up their product. Very disappointed. Sam's had one excuse after another not to support/ back the 80k mile warranty on Goodyear assurance tires. 25k miles in and threads are showing.

Waited almost a hour for a large item we purchased to be brought to the front. Checked with associate several times during this period. Were told they had to break the seal so it would be about ten minutes. After waiting we were told they only had two and they both were damaged. They thought we had left so they didn't come up front to tell us (even though we had already paid for the item.)
