Got my cash back check for Sam's Club Mastercard. You can only use this in a Sam's Club. I thought that was OK until I went to use it. I waited in line because only two registers were not self-serve. Then the girl could not get the check reader to work. She went to get help but the manager would not come. They made me go to customer service even though that line already had 7 people waiting. We love Sam’s, especially the online pickup. We went yesterday to get babywipes and came out with so much more. The fruit is so fresh. We tried the chicken Alfredo last night and my husband said that it’s better than Olive Garden.
Nothing good to say at all. Very rude. The bakery manager (Stephanie) should be fired.
I am very disappointed with their meat and seafood. Its seems like now they remodeled their quality in this area has gone down tremendosly I dont know if they chaged their suppliers or not. But if so they better rethink this move. Its not worth the price you are paying, which has also seemed to have gone up. at all. I will not buy it and will cancel membership for sure if it does not change. This is one of the reasons I kept the membership.
Been a member for 15 years. Go in today to buy last minute Christmas gifts. I get a few gift cards that you have to take a card up front then they get the actual cards. Another cashier told her BEFORE I had completely checked out that they were sold out. She proceeds on to rushing me to complete. Then they told her there aren't any. I called Sams Club to order a cake and explained what I needed. The person on the phone had zero customer services skills and no personality. I explained what I wanted and asked them to decorate the cake up a bit and make it look cute. The cake I got was anything but cut instead was extremely plain with writing directly in the center of the cake. Never again will I buy a cake from Sam's Club or recommended that anyone else does! If I could upload a picture I would.
The remodel process is awful! There is half the inventory out and everything is moved around to the point you can’t find what you need.
