Our Club is now mostly self serve registers. of the few full service registers left, only half were staffed. Lines were 10 carts deep. They are forcing us to use self serve, costing jobs and hours to employees. I don't work at Sam's club and shouldn't have to scan my stuff. retailers are getting more and more impersonal each day. We won't be renewing our membership when it comes due.

Anybody that knows me knows I lovvvve Sam's club, but today I experienced the worst customer service ever there! I went to pick up a cake for my god sister's graduation party which is Friday May 25th. I glanced at the cake through the window of the box, and the picture appeared to look good. When I got home, which is 20 min from Sams, I opened the cake and it was a disaster. The cake looked rushed.
