I went into Sam's today to pick up my online order. I saw it in a crate pull (I'm not sure what it was called), but no employees were in the online pick up area. I went to the two people at the exit door booth and asked for a cart. The guy brought me back a cart so I went back to the online area to transfer my items to from the big crate pull to the smaller cart. Maybe 6 senior riding carts at this location and guess what? The seniors aren’t even using them! My 76 year old grandmother and me waiting for 20 minutes for a riding cart. Finally see one, waited for the gentlemen to check out and start looking through old boxes on a pile by the front. After about 5 minutes, I asked the customer service associates if he could assist the man so we could use the cart, he told me I would have to ask. Great deals on everyday items.
it was amazing how they have prepared the gas station for the hurricane lines. there are 4 people directing traffic to the pumps so it is orderly and organized. I was sent straight to the shortest line. the prices are 10 cents cheaper than the two stations that are running out of gas a few blocks down the street. and, Sam's has a fuel truck sitting on stand-by, waiting to fill the tanks when the pumps run low. amazing. a well organized machine. way to go Sam's club.
My wife and I ordered a set of wedding rings on 5/4. Ryan rang them up and the price was different than the displayed price and he assured us it was still the same item 2 times as he placed the order.l that would arrive in 5 weeks. We go in on 6/9 to pick up our rings and sure enough it was the wrong ones so manager Janice assures us she'll get the correct rings ordered and after talking to the jeweler tells us 3 weeks.
