Horrible check out speed. As we speak, I have been standing in line for over 20 minutes to check out. I have well over 10 items, but I am within 5 minutes of going to the self check out line. Slow does not even begin to describe the speed. Very unsatusified and very angry.
I have been a Primary Sam's club member since June 1988. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran who uses a Motorized Wheelchair and the last 2 times I've been in the Fayetteville, NC Store I have been verbally harassed and My Disability rights have been violated to the point that I'm considering a lawsuit. Ref 160325-004801 Phone notes by Kayla taken 3/25/16 approx 4:15 to 5:05 pm regarding incident that took place at 12:50 pm.
Been here at Sam's Club for an hour for my appointment and they have one person activating phones. She has been helping the same customer the entire time. Great planning from Sam's Club management!
Your customer service sucks, your workers are inattentive and rude and don't do their jobs!!!!!!
