My sister ordered cupcakes from the bakery. She put in the order two weeks ago. We drove out of our way to get them only to find out that the cupcakes were not made. There was also another lady there to pick up her cupcakes and hers weren't done either. How hard would it have been for them to call us to let us know the order wasn't done. Forty five minute drive wasted. No apology or concern from bakery worker.
Our cashier was amazing and sweet and helped us exceptionally. However, the problem arose when we went to the pizza area and we were told oh because it’s 8:20 you can’t order a pizza. There was still 10 minutes before closing and I was starving. It’s like people don’t care anymore all they want to do is clock in and clock. Nobody really wants to work anymore. SHAME
Been a regular here for years. Came today and tried to order a pizza 40 min before close after checking out and they curtly said they wouldn’t make any more “this close to closing. Lazy.

Don’t order Serta Mattress through samsonline.com. I’ve been waiting almost a month for mine and still have not received it. The samsonline.com are no help.

I placed an order for Thanksgiving in hopes to get ahead and with no warning Sam’s has split my 1 order into 14 separate deliveries and several different days! WTH!!! I have a job like most people do, how will I be to get to 14 deliveries with 1 item in each box. Smh
