Going on 4.5 hrs to get four tires on. I've been in the store the whole time as no one told me I would need to drop off. They haven't called me once. I just keep going over there thinking they might have another tire done. At the 4 hr mark they had one tire done.
Terribly inefficient tire department. 4.5 hours and counting. Employees are standing around chatting it up in the tire service area. Does anyone take pride in their work anymore? I cannot respect or reward laziness. When Sam Walton died, so did his work ethic.
