We have been here for 5 hours waiting for tires. They are really understaffed 2 people working in the tire department. So not Happy :(
I wasted 3 1/2 hours at the Sam's tire Dept. yesterday ( 3 Jul 15) for a 15 min. tire repair. There were others that were there much longer than myself. The individual at the desk was very unfriendly and provided very little assistance. The tire was not repaired, I requested a refund for the tire rotation and repair program I purchased and after a more than 15 year association with this facility I will allow my membership to expire. The wait times were absolutely inexcusable. Thanks for wasting my time.
Got a tier cake for a baby shower, 24 hr notice, with a specific safari design. It turned out beautiful and everyone commented on how moist and delicious it was. Thank you ms. Edith for you help , you were so helpful and patient.
I like Sams, but I got here at 9:30 and if you don't have a business membership card you can't get in until 10 Wow, by the time I finish my shopping in Sams it will be after 10. That's why there going to lose a lot of business to BJ's do to crap like this.
Dear God, Please bless the customer service department with more than 1 person to wait on all these people who appear to be ready for a meltdown. #butthenmaybetheyprayedforpatience
