Nice store, Found what I needed, and help was very friendly
Not sure why you bothered with the online sale on the 17th. I stayed up until Midnight to order the copper chef and immediately after midnight it was sold out but available at Evansville if I want to drive 60 miles. Also was supposed to be free shipping but shipping charges were being charged. Not cool!
It's ok just pretty packed/crowed almost every time I go there doesn't matter what day or time!!!
Love the prices the store has with a family of seven it helps a lot. Customer service does lack though. One thing that sticks out is we are a Sams Plus member. One of the perks of that is getting coffee and a small snack between 7-10am early store hours. Last time I went they did not have it set up. When I asked why they said "we don't do it through the Holidays." When I asked why their reply was, "it's to busy we could not keep up." Now let's use common sense.
