I enjoy going to Sam’s, because I can always count on them to have what I need!! The staff is usually very helpful when I have to go to them to ask any questions! I enjoy the variety of items they sell!
No longer stocking items that became favorites, and some items ALWAYS out of stock. To upgrade to a "plus" membership to purchase items that are not kept in stock defeats the purpose of shopping here.

We are from out of state and stopped in to pick up a couple of things. My 2-year-old daughter had a Krispy Kreme balloon tied to her wrist and she (of course) managed to get it off and up, up, up it went. She started ugly crying and a female employee walked up and told my husband she radioed for the scissor lift to be brought over (it was already out on the floor). They were heroes to my daughter as they rescued her pink balloon and returned it safely. Thank you for going out of your way to make our little girl's day!

Before the remodel, this store would have received a beaming 5 � rating. However, finding out that the produce, eggs, dairy, etc storage in the freezers that blow constant Arctic air is permanent, is enough to lower the rating considerably. How could anyone in marketing think that could be a good customer shopping experience? Sadly, I have taken my business elsewhere.
Like the club pick up, but it's not the most expedient process.
I bought ground beef that looked good and when I went to cook it two days later before the expiration date I found it brown in the middle. � was it mixed with old meat?
Enjoy saving money buying bulk and definitely enjoy the samples they have
