While I enjoy Sam’s, I have been very disappointed with their remodeling. I don’t like the new layout at all nor do I like the refrigerated rooms.
To all customers using club pick up. Please pull all the way forward where it says “STOP” It is meant for more than one car to fit under canopy for pick up. It’s so frustrating every time I do pick up there is one car per bay and they don’t pull forward so others can park for pick up as well. Notice how big that parking spot is??? Make room please.
Make sure to take photos of trunk items, tire cover, jack before taking in for tire service (and remove anything of importance from your car interior. Can't believe that after all these years an employee switched out my tire and jack cover, and JACK! It will cost me over $500 to replace it all!
You get things in bolk and goodies for grandkids.
horrible to employees doesnt care about their employees puts a pregnant woman in bakery all alone and expects her to do all of it alone
don't like it remodel, can't find anything, to cold in produce etc. just shop on the old side, buy my other stuff elsewhere.
Tried to pay for 2 existing and sign myself up as new, because I’m the Post Commander with a Post check and wouldn’t let me. Costco here I come when it opens.
