Very pleased with all the great employees in the bakery!! I have ordered cakes last minute, and they always turn out fantastic!! When I went to order my daughter's birthday cake, I was upset because there were no longer Sesame Street designs that were available. I spoke with Dakota, who was full of fantastic ideas, and showed me how we could make a "one-of-a-kind" cake for daughter. Everyone raved about the design, the taste, and the price! I went in on Monday 4th to get a few items. Cashier informed me that my membership had expired 4 days ago so couldn't ring things up w/out renewing. Called a manager - Schuyler (?) who said the same thing. I can get deals if I renew online I said - Schuyler said - like what? I told him and said "nope we cannot offer you any deals if you renew in store." But I can ring everything up w/ a 10% surcharge today. Expired by 4 days?! Come on! Customer Service!! Makes me wonder if I really want to renew my membership. ???
