I tried making a delivery here but all the junk disguised the correct door, so I was late. Thank you Walmart staff for explaining that the unmarked door is the correct one.

I go into the store, and the first thing the door person says is she needs my card. I need the membership card to check out. It is a waste of my time to pull it out as I come and then to show it again when I'm checking out.
I want to give a shout out to Peg at the council bluffs location best lady EVER!!! so two weeks ago Sam's stop carrying my kind of vodka (bummer). went to pick our online order up today Peg walks up to me and tells me she has good news she had found a bottle of vodka that I like and had set aside for me now that's customer service she remembered what I liked and took time out of her day to save it for me instead of just brushing it off. Peg needs a raise and we need to clone her!! made my day sweet lady!!!
I was there today, and encountered a couple of very rude employees! I made mention of my experience at the door but they didn’t seem to care much. I needed a shopping cart and apparently went the wrong direction as I was new to this store and was made to feel, for lack of a better word, stupid! Anyways I won’t say anymore except I probably won’t visit this location again.
Management/Supervisors are terrible. Don't ever work here. They. Do. Not. Care.
Terrible supervisors. I went to Sams this morning, and I proceeded to be followed by the "supervisor" the whole entire time I was there. I didn't have a pleasant experience at all. Renee followed my husband and I the whole entire 20/30 minutes we were there, we even cut our trip short just because of the experience. I will be canceling my membership and never returning back.
