To start off, the pharmacy staff is amazing. That's about it. There customer service for disabled persons is physically disgusting. The woman at the front ROLLED HER EYES when I asked for a motorized wheelchair. I'm 8 months pregnant with a tear in my uterus. I needed to be in a cart. Instead she refused to even call for a cart. My household is made up of 7 people. This is a wonderful place to shop for all of us!
I LOVE SAM'S!!! My mother and I both shop here on a regular basis. My cousin was employed there until she retired. I don't have anything negative to say about them. I have always had a good experience at Sam's.
I am visiting from out of town and stopped in for a few things. It is hard to see how they stay open with so few customers. There was one checker with person in line. After she checked me out she was just standing around with nothing to do!
They advertise one price for gasoline and charge you a higher price. The assistant manager Paula refused to do anything about it!
