I was very disappointed in the employee that was getting carts and threw the garbage in the ground. I set in my car to see if you would come back for it and he didnt. Shame on you
Good way to buy groceries and other items. Some of the items are a lil costly
Don't ever buy an extended warranty on your television from these guys! I have been waiting 11 days for my TV to be fixed and I had the "so called" parts sent to my home 7 days ago. No one can tell me anything! They say it is the service center and they say it is tech support and now it is the warranty company. I just want a TV that works!
I don't appreciate driving 60 miles one direction to pick up 1 hour photos & Christmas Cards and your under qualified help ...just say Sorry...You only placed the order on Tuesday morning and Friday they are not done...and they won't be done till Wednesday of next week...Thanks for wasting my time plus a tank of gas for nothing...I could have spent the money on my kids. Now I get to make another trip....lose time from work...and spend more money on gas....my cards will be sent later..Just because you don't have a dependable ... read more
Placed Order online Saturday at 2pm for Christmas cards. Flyer says you'll have them in 24 hours, last year took three days this year so far it's day 7 and still no cards. I was in the store on day 5 and the manager said "sorry we are 3 days behind" I laughed and said "funny because for me it's five days". I ordered Christmas cards not New Years cards! Won't be placing my order with them next year. I'm willing to drive to Fargo and give my $ to Cosco.
I thought customer service was good and helpful. Store layout could be better.
