PSA*please share* We are not the only people this happened too!!!! Do not order from Sam club online. We ordered an item on Black Friday and today 12-3-2017 they decided to cancel our order. Why?? Because they don’t have anymore! We call them and ask how any of this is ok and the first Customer service rep we talked to hangs up on us!! I � the fresh salads and chicken enchiladas that your HMS dept makes every day! Prepared Fresh meals ready to eat or go in the oven are perfect for my busy schedule! The salads are terrific, just wish there was 4 salad dressings instead of 2 for the large $10-11 salads. Never enough dressing �, but still thankful! �
It's very unfortunate that you have such a horribly unfriendly person checking receipts when you leave your store. When you spend hundreds of dollars and you can't even get a smile or a thank you, that's just terrible customer service.
