The fellow at the door when you leave is way too slow. There was a line of about 6 carts, NOT acceptable. It's irritating to have to check out anyway, I should not have to wait.

Thank you Sam's Club in Billings!!!❤ My 3 year old HAD to bring his mylar birthday balloon into the store and somehow got it untied from his wrist and it floated up to the ceiling. We asked an associate if it was possible to get it down. Then here came the BilJax with Moe driving and up she went and brought Xavier his balloon. He was very thankful for the return of his balloon and thought the BilJax was pretty cool, too! Thank you, Sam's Club associates for going the extra mile and helping us out!
Tried to buy a membership today but clerks were to busy. 20 minute wait and not even an acknowledgement. Was totally ignored. Costco here I come.
