I enjoyed working here for quite a while but over the last year or so it was awful. there is not a good communication line and people get hired and leave so quick you don't even learn thier names half the time. and I'm sorry but the new club manager cares more about getting the store automated then he does about any of the employees. I recommend if your looking for a job make this your Absolute last resort.
I was at Sams’s Club this afternoon and had something that wasn’t ringing up correctly. I stopped 3 different workers to ask for help. They all shrugged their shoulders and walked away. So I canceled my transaction and left. I told the customer service rep how disappointed I was on my way out of the store and she rolled her eyes at me. So I left and went to Albertsons where I got everything on my list and the employees are actually polite and helpful!!!!

I was at Sam's Club in Billings, MT today. I saw this employee walking around with a blind customer. She was helping with the cart and describing items. I heard her tell the costumer the direction before turning down an isle. It was great to see. Thank you!
We ordered cupcakes for graduation a month ago, we showed up today to pick them up and we were dissatisfied. I found a manager. (Turns out the store manager) she went back to the bakery to see who was working. She came back out and told us that the baker is on lunch break but it's ok I can whip out some cupcakes and literally went back to prepare our cupcakes. What an outstanding example to set for the whole store! Thank you a million times over for making this right!
BILLINGS, MONTANA — CLUB # 4805 : Watch-out for a young female employee with the name "Tam" on her nametag. She walks around the "front end" / check-out lane area with a wireless scanner in her hand. If two or more people are checking-out together she will mess-up your check-out process royally. If she asks to see your membership card DON'T let her see it. The manager said it's ok if you tell Tam to move-on to another customer. Finally Tam thinks aggravating a customer is the funniest thing in the world!
Man, common is it really that hard. How you gonna sell me a hotdog and a soda, then tell me sorry the diets out... how about you lead with that first. Guess I paid $1.50 for a hotdog. �
I went to pharmacy and the order wasn’t filled had to wait for refill so after 4days I called my doctor and she said there wasn’t no order about a refill went back to pharmacy told the pharmacy girl and she was real nasty and said we sent the refill paper and then said since we sent it it’s not our problem anymore and started to get nasty more . When I got to pharmacy nobody was there and the 3 people women were screwing around when they saw me the pharmacist ran to a hidden corner the other two stood there. I’m ready to go ... read more
