RecommendedI've been a member for over 11 years now and tonight I was walking out of the store near closing time and the wind caught what was in my basket and two pizzas I had purchased to bake for dinner flew out of the cart crashed onto the ground and fell out of their boxes. One of the employees was taking a break in her vehicle and saw what happened and called into the store and had a manager come out to see my predicament. Long lines only 50 people allowed it. It was very nice of the lady that worked there informed customers of what they didn’t have, such as toilet paper, paper towels, baby wipes... etc....
The gal that checks your sales slip at the exit is very unfriendly

How about the ability to contact the LOCAL Sam's Club store by telephone? Call a 406 number, and talk to someone in Taiwan or something, who can't even speak English

I love how everything is in bulk and very affordable as we live an hour and a half away.
This store is a joke. I love the convenience of buying in a smaller bulk but they only ever have one cashier open and the lines are so long. On a day when people are lined up outside waiting for them to open, you would think at least two cashiers would be realistic. They have a million self check out registers but none of the employees “working” those registers can help override prices or anything. Definitely lacking in customer service. I’m writing this review in vane because I am well aware that management does not care.
