Called Bakery department for prices on cupcakes, was cut off by the person I was talking to and she said something jumbled so I didn't hear the prices and asked how much and she said "like I just said" and then when asking about colors of icing she said it's on our sheet (like in store) . No reason to be rude when asking a simple question, if you hate your job or having a bad day , you are still expected to have a level of customer service.
Not very friendly to truck drivers who deliver the goods they sell, which is the only reason they're in business to begin with ....had to tap a star to post this, but I rate the -5 stars
Prices suck on most things and they never have any cashiers. The only reason I'm even a member is the things I do get there are a decent price and there's no Costco nearby.
