The concession area didn't have any ice for cold drinks? The Slushy machine was not working as well due to them not having any ice? As I exited the store and walked past the Igloo Ice freezer which was half full with bags of ice, had me scratching my head as I knew how this situation could be a quick fix! I guess there isn't anyone there to make a command decision during a crisis?
You take three months to let someone know that you're unable to make a cake? A cake was ordered three months ago and your lazy selves couldn't tell the mother of my niece that you were unable to make the cake, FOR 3 MONTHS?! With less than 2 weeks to go before the birthday, that's poor customer service. College Station Sam's has been going to crap and it finally jumped right in that pile. I sure wish Sams Club would accept a credit card over the phone from our employer. We wanted to buy $800+ on AC window units. So we will now go to LOWES and spend the money there.
